Can I pay by check or money order?
Currently we are unable to accept check or money order as payment on NightieGram.com. We are, however, looking into adding this ability in the future.

I'm buying a gift and don't know what to buy. Do you sell gift certificates for lingerie?
Yes! We currently offer electronic gift certificates (E-Certificates) in values of $25, $50, $75, $100, $150, $200, and $250. If you'd like to purchase an electronic gift certificate, visit our E-Certificates page.

How long does it take to receive my order and are products in stock?
"In stock" products are usually shipped within 24-48 hours of your order (some "in stock" products may take up to 72 hours). Standard shipping usually takes 5 business days or less. (We also have 2 Day and Overnight shipping available). While we try to only allow you to purchase products that are currently "in stock", this is not always possible. However, if a product is "out of stock" we will provide you the option of exchanging, canceling, or waiting for the item to return to stock. (Fantasy Lingerie products are "normally" in stock.. however, we will alert you when a Fantasy Lingerie item is on "back order")

Can I exchange an item for a different size or style after I buy it?
Yes! Items may be exchanged for a different size or style. For more information please see our return and exchange policy.

What happens if feel my order never arrived?
We will first check to see if the products in question have been shipped from the assigned warehouse. We will also verify delivery via the shipping company's tracking number. (We provide you with copies of these tracking numbers at the time of shipment). If the item is reported as delivered by the shipping company, we will ask them to investigate the shipment. However, items delivered without a required signature are much less verifiable, than a signed package. (Things can happen after an item is left at your front door). Unfortunately, NightieGram can not be responsible for every package that is lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery. By default (so that you do not have to be present at the time of delivery) packages are shipped without requiring a signature for delivery. If you would like to require a signature (for better security), please note this in the "Customer Notes" section of "Step 3" of the checkout process.
