NightieGram.com Return/Exchange Process and Policy

We're committed to your total satisfaction. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can get a full refund of the product price and any associated tax, within fifteen days of receipt of the item(s). Clearance sale items (marked with "Sale" in the item/product number [sometimes not viewable until you a select size and/or color]) are final sale, and non-refundable.

To receive either a credit toward an exchange or a credit on your charge account, please note that all returns and exchanges must be in new, unused or unworn condition with the original tags and stickers attached. Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags by NightieGram.com will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.

Customers will be responsible for shipping charges for exchanged items (based on the individual item's value) at our normal shipping rates.

If your return lowers your order into a new shipping cost category, the shipping difference will be subtracted from your refund amount.

NightieGram.com will charge a 15% restocking fee if an item is returned without first receiving an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from NightieGram.com customer service or if an item is returned to the incorrect address.
